Sales and marketing department
Messenger mailings that generate leads
Situation
The company’s customers read messengers, not email. Managers send messages manually from their phones, and nobody knows how many sales a mailing brought.

How it works
- Contacts are imported from a file or from A3.Sales, and those who unsubscribe go to the blacklist
- A personal WhatsApp connects by QR code, Telegram by a code, email via SMTP
- A segment with “Send to” and “Exclude” conditions based on orders
- One mailing with a separate text for each channel and a tracking link
- Clicks become leads, and the mailing budget is divided by leads and customers
Result
The company sees which mailing paid off, and managers get leads with the “Mailing” source. The sales generator creates repeat touches with buyers in A3.Sales.
