Contacts and blacklist
Contacts become the shared base for all mailings. The base is loaded from a file using a template or pulled from A3.Sales, and the blacklist ensures that unsubscribed and unwanted recipients get no message in any channel.

- Types: phone, email, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, VKontakte
- Import from txt, csv and xlsx using ready file templates
- Loading contacts from A3.Sales automatically or manually
- A blacklist with import and automatic contact type detection

- Mailing unsubscribes go to exclusions

Common questions
Do I need A3.Sales?
No. Contacts can be managed directly in A3.Marketing. Linking A3.Sales adds sync and segment conditions based on orders.
What happens to a blacklisted contact?
It is excluded from all company mailings, even if it belongs to the selected segment.
