Message templates
An approved text is saved once and used in all later mailings. The editor shows only the formatting the selected channel supports, and for SMS it immediately counts the number of parts and the sending cost.

Common questions
Can I send different texts to Telegram and email?
Yes. A mailing has a text for each channel, and the subject is set only for email.
How many parts will an SMS take?
The counter shows this as you type, taking the encoding into account: Cyrillic and Latin are counted differently.
