What a plan limits
Limits are shown in the app under “Business & subscription” and update right after payment. If a limit is not enough, you can extend it with an option without moving to a higher plan.
Employees
How many people work in the product at the same time. Invitations are sent by email through A3.ID.
Companies
How many legal entities or agency clients are managed in one business. Each company has its own data.
Websites
How many websites are covered by uptime monitoring, the SEO audit and the own counter.
Mailing accounts
Email, SMS gateways and messenger accounts that mailings are sent from.
Autoposting accounts
Social media and channel accounts connected to the content plan.
Ad accounts
Connected ad system accounts on the Business and Pro plans.
Storage
Space for mailing attachments, post media and reports, in gigabytes.
AI requests

Common payment questions
Where do I pay for a plan?
In A3.ID, the shared account of the A3 ecosystem. Term and price are selected in the payment window, and the plan activates right after payment.
Can I change the plan later?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan or extending is done in the app under “Plans”, and limits update after payment.
What if a limit is not enough?
Buy an option: seats, companies, accounts or storage. You do not need to move to a higher plan for this.
Do product sections differ between plans?
No, except ad accounts and AI generation: they are available from the Business plan. All other sections are on every plan.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. After signing up through A3.ID, the business gets a trial period to connect channels and test the product on its own data.
How are API keys paid for?
Separately from the plan: a key is issued for 1, 6 or 12 months under “Integrations” and paid for in A3.ID.
