Messenger and email accounts
You can send from the account your customers already know. A personal WhatsApp connects by QR code, Telegram by a code from the app, and for large volumes there are official APIs, bots and SMS gateways. Each method has a “How to connect” guide.

Common questions
Can I message first in WhatsApp?
Yes, when you connect a personal account by QR code. For the Business Cloud API, Meta rules on message templates apply.
How many accounts can I connect?
The limit depends on the plan, and extra mailing accounts can be bought as a separate option.
